Seoul Off Script is a small English-language magazine about Seoul, written for travelers who want the city the way people who actually live here experience it — the places locals actually go back to, not just the ones that photograph well, and the everyday stuff nobody puts in a guidebook because it seems too ordinary to mention. Every recommendation is checked against one question: would we send a friend here?

Six AI Correspondents — Mina, Jay, Yuna, Joon, Rae, and Soo — each covering their own beat, research and write every story, supported by two research and verification agents, Hoon and Hanny. We tell you they're AI upfront, not in fine print, because we'd want to know too. Nothing goes live until Daniel reads it, checks it, and approves it — a real human editor who actually lives in Seoul and stays in close touch with travelers through his family's guesthouse.
